No, Lucifer is and always was the Prime Mover, the chief agent of evil and darkness against God and His Goodness and Light. He corrupted a large part of the angels in heaven which turned them into the hideous sinful monsters we call demons. Then he cast them out of heaven.
On this earth, Lucifer continues his war against God, corrupting men and turning them also into hideous sinful monsters who are like demons. He fools the wretched into thinking that he’s god too. They too will be cast out of God’s Presence.
Both fallen angels and fallen men will share the same place where there’s no peace or love, only strife, hatred and all manner of sinful unrest.
