Abstract
A method is disclosed for affecting the formation and/or direction of a low atmospheric weather system. Audio generators are positioned to project sound waves toward a peripheral area of a weather system. The sound waves are generated at a frequency to affect the formation of the weather system in a manner to disrupt, enhance or direct the formation. The sound waves can also be projected in a manner to cause the system to produce rain.

America’s military has both Directed Energy Weapons and weather control devices. These powers are the very powers of ancient storm gods who are also the Elemental Spirits and Powers. God gave them power over matter, water, air, fire, and energy to be used for good. It’s hard for me to believe that weather/atmospheric control devices exist. But I might be persuaded if I were to see them ( in operation would be nice) and where they’re located and by whom they’re operated.
Or is it top secret, known only to the radical elites?
i haven’t kept up with the latest scientific/technical advancements such as those found in the pages of Scientific American or similar publications. And i don’t know if they would even have access to such information, assuming it’s top secret.
Whatever happened to talk about chemtrails? Those seemed to be a hushed up operation whose purpose it seemed was to decrease global warming from the sun. Or was it for something else?
Be that as it may, our government is overtly not our friend and can’t be trusted to carry out its sworn duty. It can act covertly in any unfriendly manner.
