  1. Sorry, but the evidence provided here appears pretty weak to me, circumstantial at best. Maybe I need to give it another hearing.
    All we have is a whistleblower’s hearsay testimony who claims that low energy transmissions can, maybe, be used in directed energy weapons and to cause earthquakes. I don’t recall any mention that low energy transmissisions can support faster-than-light transmissions or that they can manipulate time and space. Actually, the whistleblower’s presentation was too disorganized to establish that.
    Maybe I’ll listen to it again to make more sense out of it. Maybe.

      Neutrino particle accelerators and DEWs are not my area of expertise at all, however, if you go to ‘search’ and type in “neutrino particle accelerator” you’ll get all kinds of info. Like this:

      According to the whistle blower, a neutrino particle accelerator situated on a base at the South Pole is used to cause earthquakes.       1. Thanks. I’ve read about and am familiar with some particle accelerators such as CERN’s and Fermi’s. I read about the CERN one described as being a round tunnel that’s miles in diameter. A long distance was needed to observe and measure them. That was some years ago I read that. I don’t know about the others, just an occasional reference to Fermi.
        I don’t see how neutrinos in such an environment could be directed to perform any works ascribed to them, unless advances have been made since I first learned about them. And ‘different flavors’ means they’re unpredicable and unreliable.
        Would that Antarctic installation have such a round, miles-long particle accelerator?

          The artists rendering I saw showed a kind of upright canon like structure with a very large bright beam coming out of the mouth of the weapon.

          1. I remember now that they used to be called super-conducting super-colliders. The name changed.
            The artist’s rendering sounds like sci-fi to me, an artist who doesn’t know how the science works, who just imagines a cannon structure shooting lasers like in Star Wars.
            A particle accelerator can only be a huge installation, not a tiny cannon.
            Then again, perhaps the installation’s operators have found a way to redirect their particles out of their tunnels and into a weapon device. But I’d still think their range is limited to their own installation’s vicinity.
            There are only three known ones but what if secret parties have assembled their own? We’d look for complexes with long circular tunnels.

I believe our corrupt Intelligence and Military Industrial Complex have been in contact for many years with what they mistakenly believe are non human intelligences from a parallel dimension. Some of these same people are completely entranced by the ‘Lady” featured in the book, The UFO of God.” Having researched some of these people In discovered that they have had experiences with the Lady as well. The point I’m making is this: they desperately crave knowledge (power) pertaining to the secrets of the universe. If non human intelligences (evil Elemental Spirits/Powers) have obliged we ought to expect advanced neutrino particle accelerators and other advanced high tech weapons. Note that this ‘knowledge’ given (if it has been) leads only to destruction and death rather than good.

            One more thing to consider: our CIA’s mind-control MK-ULTRA knowledge was gained by them from contact with shaman (interfacers with demons), Indian god-men (possessed), and study of ancient Mysteries.

          3. Okay. I can accept your version about elitists craving more power and not caring where they get it, even to having congress with evil intelligences who appear benign to them.

      2. P.S. They also used to be called super-colliders since they’d study the effects of particles colliding. Now they seem to study oscillations instead. CERN is in Switzerland if I remember right and Fermi is in Illinois I think.
        Their huge size and expense is likely why there are so few of them. I’d also supect that their few numbers and locations would limit their range to cause earthquakes, if indeed they can cause them.
