Prayer: The Evil, Insane City of Man

Lord Jesus, stay with us, Your faithful children, for the day is far spent and the evening is at hand. Be our companion and guide in the way, for we are pilgrims making our way through the evil and madness of the City of Man that our homeland has become, where wicked, insane citizens, O Lord, live completely unfettered from You and Your Commandments. Their souls are not rejuvenated by You Lord, and they are fallen deep within the evils of their evil souls where they contemplate self and wicked, twisted desires and identify themselves with them. We are surrounded by wicked, insane citizens who have no truth or morality and identify themselves as furry cubs, puppies, unicorns, demons, dragons, sprites, and gender fluid beings and men say they are women and women say they are men, some marry sex dolls, and even more twisted and evil than that. Here in the evil City of Man, society is turned upside down, psychological disorders are marks of distinction, speech is violence, masculinity is toxic, and men in dresses are celebrated. Lord Jesus, the wicked, insane citizens of the City of Man make our streets, towns, cities, parks, libraries, and public restrooms unsafe and obscene. Please Lord, we ask that it be Your Will to place Your hand of restraint upon the wicked and not allow them to fall into far worse evils, madness, and obscenities. We pray You will place a hedge of protection around Your faithful children, their families, President Trump, his family, and his administration and their families as they try to administer justice amidst maddened mobs. Please keep them safe that they might do Your will in this land and elsewhere around the world turned toward darkness and evil.

Lord Jesus, enkindle our hearts and awaken hope, that we might persevere in faith here in the evil City of Man and may know You as You are revealed in the Scriptures.

Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal life through grace, comfort our hearts and establish them in every good work and word; to whom be glory for ever.

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
