Sorry but I’m still skeptical that such geo-engineering processes can be carried out. It will still be a conspiracy theory to me until I see some proof of it, such as exposing the conspirators and the means they may have to carry it out.
If it is indeed being done then I would favor the firing squad for them, if not the old-fashioned gallows for all the destruction they’ve wrought on innocent people.
