Luis “Lue” Elizondo is the former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), the secretive Pentagon unit that studied UFOs. On Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, Luis Alizondo testified before the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Subcommittees on Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Government Innovation; and National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs. The subject matter was Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena:
“Let me be clear: UAP are real. Advanced technologies not made by our Government – or any other government – are monitoring sensitive military installations around the globe. Furthermore, the U.S. is in possession of UAP technologies, as are some of our adversaries. In a recent interview with Jillian Michaels (1), Elizondo talks about Alien Hybrid Breeding Programs:
“There’s been a long-standing agreement or understanding between us and our friends from out of town. Um, that have allowed us uh to work with whoever whatever these are uh in a cooperative agreement and in exchange for that uh supposedly they would have access to certain human specimens biologically in order to test.” – Lou Elizondo
Alien hybrid breeding programs are not new. They’ve taken place before…in the pre flood world.
In 1 Enoch we learn that during the pre-flood world 200 Watchers (angelic Powers) left their celestial estate and came down Mt Hermon into the world of mankind…and all hell broke loose.
They married human women who in due course of time gave birth to giant babies. The babies were the Nephilim, the monsters who turned to drinking the blood and eating the flesh of humans.
As God looked down upon the world He saw that all humans, save the family of Noah, and all animals and flying creatures, save the ones taken onto the Ark, were genetically corrupted.
Because humans and creatures were genetically corrupted and humans had fallen into evil, God ordered righteous angels to kill the Nephilim and lock away the Watchers. Then He ordered a flood to bring an end to that world.
In our time, evil Powers have once again come into the world of mankind. This time they come as nonhuman interdimensional intelligences from another dimension.
They claim they are the creators of mankind, which makes all humans alien hybrids.
And once again they have involved themselves with the genetic corruption of humans. This is what Hybrid Breeding Programs are about.
What about animals and other creatures? Will they also be genetically corrupted? And will evil Powers attempt to resurrect the Nephilim?
The Ominous Silence of Churches and Seminaries

Except for some discerning RCC exorcists who clearly discern that so-called nonhuman interdimensional intelligences are demons, the shocking, terrifying events are indeed accelerating past the rest of the churches and seminaries.
The Announcement Heard Round the World
Because the church and seminaries remain silent, Christians will not be ready when evil Powers announce to the people of the world that they, and not any God or gods, created mankind, and that Jesus was just a spirit. The announcement will go round the world with the force of a cosmic explosion. People will fall away from their gods and whatever passes for their morality. A moral implosion will quickly follow the death of all gods—just as it did in the pre flood world.
Luke 18:8
If it is God’s Will that these things take place, then what once was in the pre flood world will be again in our own time.
And now we know why our Lord Jesus Christ asked this question: “when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?” Luke 18:8
