Behind DARPA’s mind warfare are nature worshipping seculars (ie evolutionary materialists, Transhumans) who have been claiming since the Enlightenment that the Christian God, heaven, hell, angels, demons, and human souls do not exist.
Mind warfare however, is an unwitting admission of truth that negates the lies seculars have been telling. For what is mind but the citadel of soul, that spiritual part of our souls that thinks, deduces, reasons, chooses, and remembers?
So here we have an admission from seculars that humans are souls/spirits embedded within physical matter who interface with the physical world through physical brains. And this is how the Lord our God created mankind.
In this light it becomes clear that seculars—who are also souls—are conducting spiritual warfare against unsuspecting souls for possession of their thoughts, memories, and choices (will), and what is this but the work of evil spirits. @Linda
