We’re already familiar, or should be, with plots such as these which “evince(s) a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism”, as the Declaration of Independence puts it. And it continues with “it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government, and to provide new Guards for their future security…”.The above Princess just confirms that plot.
