This is true, I used to sometimes notice numerous contrails in the sky, which struck me as odd but not enough to arouse my suspicions. It was odd because I couldn’t understand how there could be so many numerous ongoing flights, both commercial and military ones. Now I know, those were deliberate contrails formed for their own purpose – to diminish sunlight from an alleged global “warming”, not for legitimate commercial or military flights.
However, they seem to have stopped since I haven’t seen anything lately but blue sky. Occasionally I do see a contrail, but I take that as legitimate.
